Since first becoming a lawyer, Ryan Wechsler has focused his practice handling personal injury matters, including but not limited to automobile, trucking, and boating accidents, slip-and-falls, dog bites, intentional torts, and general premises liability.
In fact, Ryan began his law career with one of the largest civil defense firms in Florida, where he gained invaluable experience learning the dynamics of how insurance companies evaluate and defend against personal injury cases. With this inside information at his disposal, Ryan turned his back on defending insurance companies and pursued his true passion: fighting for the injured. Since that time, Ryan has handled hundreds of personal injury lawsuits and recovered several millions of dollars for his clients.
To his core, Ryan is a fighter, and prides himself in being an aggressive litigator and fierce negotiator. In Ryan’s opinion, there is no room for weakness when taking on insurance companies, and with this philosophy in mind, Ryan puts his heart into every case he takes on. For Ryan, exceeding client expectations and maximizing recoveries are always the standard, not the exception.
Outside of his law practice, Ryan officiates basketball at the collegiate and high school levels, and enjoys spending his downtime with his wonderful wife, Kali, and his two dogs.
